WEB DEVELOPER
|
- Must have at least ten (10) years experience in development of beach and/or mountain leisure resort in a reputable realty company
- College graduate; preferably with MBA units
- Mature, dynamic, hardworking, resourceful and result-oriented
- Can work under extreme pressure
|
- At least one (1) year professional experience in Web Development and Design
- Experienced in Web Technologies such as HTML, PHP, Javascript
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Image Ready and/or Macromedia Dreamweaver / Flash
- Is well organized, can handle multiple projects, works well in
teams, and able to work under pressure
- With good communication skills
- Bachelors/degree in Computer Science/Information Technology course

Responsible for the preparation of marketing plans, market analysis and strategic formulation.
- With at least ten (10) years marketing experience
- Creative, hardworking, and resourceful

- Preferably with MBA units

Will be responsible for leasing office and residential condominium spaces
- With at least five (5 years corporate/commercial leasing
experience
- College graduate, preferably with MBA units
- With excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication
skills
- With good presentation skills

JUNIOR LAWYER

Will be responsible in managing a subdivision located at Novaliches, Quezon City
- With at least five (5) years experience as village administrator or
residential condominium property manager
- Mature, dynamic, hardworking, resourceful and result-oriented
- Can work under extreme pressure and willing to work extended
hours, if warranted

- Bar passer
- Must belong to top 20% of graduating class
- Can do both office and field work
- Must be result-oriented, assertive, able to work under pressure
