ROBINSON'S Land Corp. (RLC), the property development arm of JG Summit Holdings, is unveiling its first residential development project in Parañaque City entitled Woodsville.
Danilo E. Ignacio, RLC High-Rise Buildings general manager, said, “We intend to bring the Robinsons Land brand to South of Makati by developing this huge property into a nature inspired mixed-use type development with three gated enclaves consisting of affordable condominium units, townhouses and duplex in the range of P2 million and up.”
RLC said the project would cater to that segment of the market looking for an attractive address that is close to central business districts but not at the price of current CBD properties.
Mr. Ignacio said, “Woodsville's first enclave will be a 3-hectare community—aptly named Woodsville Viverde Mansions, this affordable residential condominium is geared in tapping the growing residential needs of start-up families and OFWs.”
The project area will cover 9.3 hectares and is located near Merville, Parañaque, between the Bicutan and Nichols interchange. Woodsville is less than 10 minutes away from Ayala Avenue, Makati, Fort Bonifacio Global City and the Manila Domestic/NAIA airport while bordering the business districts of Makati and Fort Bonifacio.
He added, “We are allocating a staggering 65-percent open area for Woodsville Viverde Mansions alone. With such an open space, families can afford to enjoy, breathe and relax with a compliment of greeneries and lots of trees.”
Woodsville also boasts of its own mall situated beside it. Named the Village Hall, it houses several commercial and service establishments to suit the immediate needs of residents.
