Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the country's biggest landlord of call centers and BPO's, has concluded a major leasing transaction with Accenture, Inc., one of the biggest global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies, to lease 30,000 square meters in Robinsons Cybergate Center 2. This is the biggest office building lease transaction in the Philippines for a single corporate occupier todate.
Located at the corner of EDSA and Pioneer, Mandaluyong City , this 28 th storey modern office tower was almost fully leased-out even before its completion. Designed for IT businesses such as call centers and BPO companies, it is part of a mixed-use community that includes Robinsons Place Pioneer Mall, Robinsons Cybergate Center 1 and prime residential condominiums like Gateway Garden Heights , Gateway Garden Ridge and One Gateway Place .
