Fresh from concluding acquisition deals, Robinsons Land Corporation welcomes the second half of 2007 by laying down the foundation for its two different projects this month.
To symbolize and celebrate this yet another milestone for the Robinsons Land family, the First Concrete Pouring Ceremony for Woodsville Viverde Mansions and the McKinley Park Residences was simultaneously held last July 10. Present during the event were Robinsons Land team led by Project Management Assistant Vice President Engr. Emmanuel G. Arce and Director of Marketing Mr. Ferdinand C. Adriano, and partners from SPES Construction Inc., Constech Management Group Inc., CE Construction, Amcon & Company, and Asya Design Partners.
Robinsons Land holds the distinction of bringing real estate breakthroughs through these two projects. Woodsville Viverde Mansions, a nature-inspired mid-rise residential condominium project in Merville, Paranaque, is the country’s first modern real estate development with 70% of the total lot dedicated to open space. This open green space is divided into seven themed enclaves and is conducive to pursuing one’s recreational activities and other interests. This residential complex was designed with start-up families in mind.
